Information sessions regarding major policy changes effective fall 2009 will be held from noon-1 p.m. Dec. 2, 9-10 a.m. Dec. 5 and 1:30-2:30 p.m. Jan. 7 in PSU 313. Topics will include the registration and advisement time line, the new repeat policy, admission to degree program changes, the overload policy and the last date to drop or withdraw.
With the implementation of E-Verify, all departments will be responsible for filling out I-9, W-4 and direct deposit forms after hiring student employees. Online Training is available. For more information, contact Mary Barb, Dorothy Holmes or Tom Eckhardt in student employment at 6-5627.

Thursday evening classes starting at 4 p.m. or later will meet Nov. 25 and Tuesday evening classes starting at 4 p.m. or later will not meet.
The Campus Bookstore has issued corrections to its student planners. Classes will be held Dec. 1 as regularly scheduled and the number for parking administration is 6-4825. The Campus Bookstore apologizes for any inconveniences these errors may have caused.
Nominations by current students, alumni or colleagues are being accepted for the Curtis P. Lawrence Excellence in Advising awards, which will be presented on March 17, 2009. Nominees must be current Master Advisor, have a minimum of two years of service to Missouri State as full-time employees with assigned advisees, and must not have received the award in the past three years.
